How to Calculate Your Awesome Life Number

The concept of the Awesome Life Number comes from Grant Cardone, though one of my mentors put a fresh spin on it. The idea is simple:

• If you want to be truly financially independent, you should be setting aside 40% of your income for income-generating assets.

• Another 40% should be reserved for taxes (yes, taxes take a big chunk!).

• That leaves you with 20% of your income for living expenses.

That means if you’re currently living off $5,000 per month, you’re aiming too low. Instead, you need to multiply that by 5 to ensure you’re not just surviving but thriving.

✅ Your Awesome Life Number = Your Monthly Living Expenses x 5

So if it takes $5,000/month to live now, your new goal should be $25,000/month to build real wealth.
